Key Roles:
1) To represent the athlete voice and provide the link between the athletes, Independent Rep. and Senior Leadership Team. (N.B. Either the Independent Athlete Rep. or the Athlete Rep. themselves can feedback into the Senior Leadership Team).
2) To provide insight in shaping and developing the British Shooting World Class Programme and performance environment.
3) To work with the Head of Culture and key members of the Senior Leadership Team to enable the embedding of our British Shooting Beyond Values.

Who?
Any athlete currently on the World Class Programme (Podium, Podium Potential, or Academy).

Why?
To support British Shooting in continuing to develop world leading people delivering world leading performances.

What would it involve?
> Meet or call once a month a) with the Independent Athlete Rep (Frances Houghton), and b) as a group of athlete reps.
> Be pro-active in seeking out athlete views.
> Facilitate group discussion twice / year to gather the athletes’ views, or around any specific decisions (eg from programme support to kit providers).
> Attend - if possible - Culture Focus Group meetings (4 / year) - or SLT meetings if appropriate - to impartially represent the athlete views.

Opportunity:
> To shape British Shooting World Class Programme for now and for the future.
> Access to Career Development Training provided by the British Athletes Commission - to gain personal experience that will be beneficial in and out of shooting. World Leading People Delivering World Leading Performances at the
2020, 2024 and 2028 Olympic Games.
