British Shooting is looking to recruit a People Development Manager who can support in developing a coaching system which leaves the sport in a place which has a strong future. 

This individual will not only have a role in developing coaches who work regularly with talented shooting athletes, they will also collaborate with key stakeholders in the shooting community to build a pathway for developing coaches and coaching structures.
