British Shooting are delighted to announce its partnership with the ISSF to host the inaugural ISSF D Course in Great Britain for Rifle and Pistol coaches who have the enthusiasm and passion for coaching excellence.
Following the recruitment of Kurt Lindley, People Development Manager for British Shooting, the course further signals the intent to identify and support the next generation of talented ISSF Rifle and Pistol coaches. British Shooting are looking for willing and able coaches who have the potential to develop into high quality talent development coaches. Applicants will be expected to be working at a National and/or Regional level (or in an environment coaching talent with aspirations to progress to a high level within ISSF shooting) within your respective Home Nation.
Places on the course will be very limited and we expect applications for the course to be high in quantity and quality. If demand is high, we will be interested in hosting another event next year. If you are not successfully chosen to attend the course this year, your name will be registered for consideration for the next course that is hosted in Great Britain next year.
The course will be hosted at the Henley Business School, 18-20 August 2017. The deadline for applications is Friday 14 July. The course fee will be Ł160 per person.
If you are interested in attending the course, please send your application form (can be found below) to firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest.
