National Paralympics Day is due to take place on Sunday 26 July 2015.
The date will bring a celebration of the Paralympic movement and give an opportunity for people in the UK to come together to relive the magic of London 2012.
A centralised event is planned to showcase Paralympic sports in the Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park (shooting included), but British Shooting is keen to provide opportunities for people to try target shooting beyond the capital.
Visitors at the park will also have the opportunity meet some of their Paralympic heroes, try out disability sport for themselves and also enjoy the Mayor of London’s Liberty Festival, which showcases the nation’s finest talent in Deaf and disability arts.
British Shooting's national event plan will ensure National Paralympic Day is celebrated on a national scale. We have put together a downloadable poster detailing where in the country you can take part in target shooting on National Paralympic Day.
